after choosing language , i can't connect to Wi-Fi . i entered the Wi-Fi settings and it writes connecting forever....

i guess the problem is in your wifi router & modem.

Just test your network/wifi via your other gadget (BB, or else) Does it work?

all the laptops and mobiles work fine in it !!

Last chance.
1. Download the latest Desktop Manager at http://www.blackberry.com/betazone
2. connect you PB to PC
3. do a factory reset/wipe
4. start over again as a new one

i tried to update the software twice since yesterday through the desktop software and nothing changed
