1. I just got my pllaybook recently
2. I have never set up because my playbook can see wireless.
3. The community suggested warranty return, but the problem is i no longer have the pack with me, but i still have the receipt.
4. I tried returning it to the store i bought it from in Nigeria, but they ask me for the pack, which i have disposed. they didnt exchange it for me. i have my receipt though.
am so ad right now, because i have not used what i bought.

warranty support form RIM did not require the box it came in when I sent mine in for repair.
