hi,

does anyone know how to help me?

I cannot connect to any wifi network - it keeps telling me password is wrong - which is not the case!

and i have copy and psate from notes and then it worked for the 1st time, and hasnt worked since then...keeps telling me my network isn't working...

Blackberry support via twitter has no idea how to help me...

Any network?  So you are saying they all tell you the password is wrong? That is unusual.  It may be just the use of English language here. Please confirm.

hi,

no I can't seem to connect to any wifi network - have tried 2/3. But all I really need fixed urgently is my home network - its the one I need to use regularly.

Ok try this. Go to settings (gear cog icon) then wifi. On the drop down arrow where it says Available networks select Saved Networks instead. Tap the pencil icon. Hit the trash can on all the networks to delete them all.

Tap battery icon, and tap restart. 

When playbook restarts (4 minutes) try to connect again.

so I did that previously and it didnt work...

I restarted and reset my home router so now at least my home network works... so seems to be sorted for now...

I suspect someone changed the router wifi password,  or it got corrupted.
