What comes up when you try to download the app... if anything?
Do you see "my world" at the top of BB App World? (Featured, Games, Apps, My World)
If so what happens when you click it? Also swipe from camera down the middle of the screen and go to payment options, should ask you to log in with BlackBerry ID
