I just resolved mine with this method: 1. Go to settings 2. In the File sharing, enable all what you see there. 3. Disable your antivirus protection and firewall ( you can reconnect them after you have done with what you are doing with your tablet) 4.Open your desktop manager and connect your tablet..
I am sure your computer would see the bb playbook.
