I'm almost 53 also, and age has NOTHING to do with this.

What connect button light on the PlayBook are you looking for?

Is this a Wifi only Playbook, or a 3G enabled Playbook?

Are you trying to connect to Wifi, or what?

Joey is a youngster I'm 62 so age really doesn't do anything but affect

 your attitude. :smileywink:

This is the guide for setup and support for users, not idiots. Just have some patience and ask questions. OK?

Thanks,

Re: Tell us your story

Bifocals gave you the user manual above.

There is no connect button on the Playbook.

Have you completed the initial setup of the device?

Exactly where are you in the process?

Well I'm. 61 and I reckon it's the wifi connect button right at the beginning of the whole setup.

Possibly a bad router setting or max users.

If you can connect to the router settings with a laptop, what encryption settings is it using?

More importantly if the connect button is greyed (grayed) out, have you exceeded the number of wifi devices that your router can connect to? Mine has max of 5 and when the family visit with their phones and kindles we have to take it in turns.
