downloading apps

I am trying to download an app that keeps on loading and loading and loading, and still is not finished loading.  Then it won't go into the app world because it is still loading this app.  How do I get rid of this app and start all over again?  I have already uninstalled it, but when I go back to it, it wants to reinstall, so when I do that it starts this long loading process again.  Help!  Please :smileyhappy:

Hi cp4 and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums!

 

Have you tried rebooting your BlackBerry PlayBook to see if that will stop the application loading process?  From the home screen, touch the battery icon then choose Restart.

Hi:  I actually have restarted my playbook several times,and it continues to do this.  It is really, really annoying.  I am ready to possibly return the playbook .
