I HAVE A PLAYBOOK AND WISH TO DOWNLOAD BOOKS FROM MY LOCAL LIBRARY AND DON NOT KNOW THE PROCESS, CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?

You need to start with ... what format your local library books (e-books, kindle, kobo, pdf files?) and all that information.
We don't know what your local library provides, right? ![]()

Does your library use Overdrive? As other posters have asked, that is the first thing you need to know. Check out your library's website or call the reference desk and ask.
