Kmlee,
Take your PlayBook to a cell phone repair shop, ask them how much to fix it and go from there. Maybe the connection is only bent so bit as has happened to several, and they were able to use a small plastic piece to bend it back into position. These fittings are common on many cell phones, tablets etc.
