faulty battery

1.i am facing problem with battery backup of my playbook. the battery level suddenly goes down from 90% to 10% remaining. my playbook restarts again and again due to low battery backup.

2.my playbook hangs during use and it becomes impossible to switch it off as no button functions at that time.

3. browser closes unexpectedly during operation.


all of the problems are frequent

First thing is to do a re-boot, make sure the PB is on a real PB charger when you do, not a phone charger.

A hard reboot would be next.

If this doesn't work then you may need to reinstall the software using the Desktop software with your PB plugged into the USB on the computer.
