help!

[ Edited ]

First of all, my pb did not turn on, the phenomenon of automatic shutdown boot after 'blackberyplaybook' logo after a few minutes, tried numerous times without success. The above situation before August 3, upgrade the 668.
Later got the news, you have to cancel 668 updates, so I want to try bds forced to upgrade to 358. But after I connected to the computer, pin display is 0, bds does not recognize the pb. bds prompted to update, but the pin is 0, the prompt input pin, I do not know the pin code, because pb will not turn on.
Now I do not know how to do. Who can help me solve it?

Please use plain text.

Re: help!

Remove the PB from the PC.

Reboot the PC.

Restart your BDS.

Reconnect your PB. Does it recognize it? Do you see the update, repair message?

Ok, Sorry I could not help!

If you decide that you able to post more than "this does not work", perhaps we can work together for a solution, but there's no way for me to diagnose what failed from reading "does not work".

I hope you can get help when you are ready.

Re: help!

Ok. If you connect the device to your PC via the USB cable is the device recognized by the PC or do you see your device pin in the BlackBerry desktop software?

Re: help!

Good! That means your USB port is good. So, specifically your Playbook will not charge from your OEM wall outlet charger intended for the Playbook? Don't use a smartphone charger.
