so while its plugged in turn it on. then restart it. then turn it off and let it charge all day. then turn it on. should be fully charged no?

IF you get the initial charge, DON'T turn it off. Let it be and let it charge. Don't touch it.

no but they said while its on and charging the % dropped from 20 to 10% in the period they left it charging.

This happened to mine with my rapid charger.
i think its the .688 update.

but anyway. mine is working again. must be a bug.

see it says its charging but its not so battery keeps running down.
but if its off then its gonna keep going...maybe very slowly. until theres enough juice to do a restart which should fix the problem no?

In addition to power has no change and in reducing, other phenomenon are exactly the same than a normal machines
No matter how I restart the device, how to charge, all have no effect

have you tried putting an older version of the OS on the device.
Maybe a bug in .688 update

Last night I turned my playbook off and it froze in shutdown which has never happened before. had to leave it until it ran out of battery from 91% :smileysurprised:
