Right now, you can't. No folders and no tabs (above, on the home screen, where All, Favorites, Media, Games is) either. Let's see if a future software version brings this.
it on the App World, just look for FILE MANAGER, you will see 20 of them, I personnaly use "File Manager" which as a blue folder as icon, but maybe one of the other might do what you are looking for

thnx dear , i have do z same and found that application u talking about but its not for free but alternatively i found an app. called air browser and its really nice.....plz try it u will love it....otherwise , please contact me if any help i can offer...
You can allways connect the PlayBook to your pc and use Desktop Manager. Won't allow you to create new tabs ("Media", "Favs" etc) but should allow you to create folders and subfolders.
The Ghost Commander App creates new directory folders but when i try to open a .pdf file put into the folder with the Air browser App, I get an invalid file path message and the file will not open.
The Dual File Manager App has a move option under Edit but doesn't ask where to move the file to. I press move and get the App screen but no instructions. Ghost Commander move file works but the file won't open and I get an invalid file path message.
