I accidently cleared all the contacts and reset the mobile to factory settings....now the language has turned to chinese, please help me what to do now??

Hi,

 

What BB mobile r u using and the OS version installed in ur BB...???

 

Am giving u the process of OS 6.0 of BB Curve 9300...am sending u the screen shots so that u can know which icon to click to change the language to English again(as the language has been changed to Chinese...

 

Please follow the screen shots in sequence and the blue cursor for the icons u have to click...
