play book problem

my blackberry playbook keeps asking me to sign in to my blackberry ID I cancel it but still keeps asking, so I put my password in and it then says I have had to many attempts? Anyone know how to solve this as I now can't download new apps. Thanks

It sounds like to me that you are not inputting the password correct.

It only let's me enter the password once

It won't it shuts me out for 15 minutes saying it's been entered incorrectly to many times even though I have only tried once

Realised that my I'd username is wrong and won't let me change it can I change it with out wiping my playbook?

That is what you need to do in order to change the BBID.
