playbook frozen after reboot

Hi,

 

I had problems with log in and blackberry ID password for a while, intil I decided to reboot entirely. Trouble is, I am now stuck with a blue screen, listing languages. I tried to reboot several times, nothing happens. Connecting the device to my computer is no longer working, as it tells me the device set up is incomplete.

 

what can I do?

I energetically swiped it to clean the screen, and it started the initialising process
