Re: playbook screen unresponsive.. hope this works.

Try first, restarting the PlayBook by holding down the power button only, for 20 seconds.

Re: playbook screen unresponsive.. hope this works.

Leave it connected the wall outlet charger, and try the same thing.

It sounds like the battery might be extremely low.

Meanwhile:  You have your mobile phone number listed as your "My Mobile Provider" or carrier. Putting your phone number out on the internet on these public forums for the world to see, is not wise. To change that, at the top of this page click on My Settings > Personal Profile > Personal Information, and in the entry block for "Carrier" type the name of your mobile provider.

Re: playbook screen unresponsive.. hope this works.

can you put it in a cool to cold place next time to see it maybe it is heat related?

I used to do this with some laptop hard drives and could get them out of a refrigerator and use them for a while longer

Re: playbook screen unresponsive.. hope this works.

hello. Do youhave any update?

I think I have thebsame issue as you.

It works again if you turn off the playbook pressing the power button.

I read it helps if you reset to factory defaults via desktop device manager, I used Link and is not working if a restore backup.

I  asume that you had the last updste same as I had.

Kaybe it was programed to start dying by this seasson, the problem is that there is not any playbook for the near future.

you lucky, you should by the z30
