playbook tablet

add fields/ date entry does not permit me to enter birth dates or synchronize. After entering date, field will turn red

and info reads: Fields in red may contain invalid info. on formatting

Would appreciate help, info in how to proceed, thanks, Frank

I have the same issue and it looks like it is not working for video chat as well . Is Rim looking into this

Try putting in 29/03/12 or March 29th, 2012. Those work iirc.

Sorry i don't understand.

Where am i putting this in and what does that have to do with the email address that hve hyphens and dot's in the address ?

Oh, it was in response to the original post. But yes, the hyphens and dots is a known issue. I hope RIM fixes it soon.
