pliiiz i need your help with my new playbook 32GB

my problem is when i turn my playbook on it gives me this on pictures, i can't understand it, something on wifi connection, and i can't move on !!

From what I've read, you have to connect to a WiFi network in order to proceed.

 thank you for your help but it won't find any of my wifi connections, and it won't my local open non-passworded Hotspot too, it won't find any network., that is the problem, there's any way to baypass this step, sorry for my english

The only way is to connect to a wifi signal as mentioned above. The is no way around it. Hold down the power button for 20 seconds, this will force it off. Connect it to the battery charger and then hold the power button down again until the red LED flashes, release and let it start again. Let us know what progress you make.

thanks again, i try it many time but nothing of that helped me, because it can't find any wifi connection, that is the problem, there's no way so i can formatted it, it's new i just bought it from 1months

i bought it new from some one bring it to me from europ, and i don't have the warranty paper, last chance, is there any way to formate it like we do on computer, or something like that to bring it back and can connect to wifi ?? if there's i will burn it and i'll show it to you burn on pics :smileytongue: !! so help this playbook with 32GB

Try a debrick which is closest to reformat and reinstall... It will delete any data on the Playbook. 

 

Make sure you know your Blackberry ID and password

Turn Playbook right off (i.e. Shut Down)

Download latest Blackberry Desktop Software to your PC or Mac and start it up

Connect the Playbook by USB cable.

N.B.! If the red light starts to glow press the Off button to force it off again.

Because Playbook is off you will get an error message basically saying Retry or Update  

Quickly select the Update (and then repair) option

The Playbook will start to get a new OS that will take a good hour to download via the PC

Follow the registration process using your current Blackberry ID

thanks for the hope, i'am doing what you said, to update the OS, and repaire it, i follow what you said, and now i'm waiting, here is the picture, tell me if i'am on the right way :smileyhappy:
