Hi guys, just joined the forum, got a present of a playbook for xmas and delighted with it except that i can't seem to register my old email on to it, i live in ireland and i have been useing the eircom.net email for years now and i want to try and keep it i've asked eircom about it and they can't seem to be able to help, hopefully soneone on the forum can help.

I have my pop3 email account from my Canadian ISP and it works..make sure you have the right incoming and outgoing pop addresses added

The following advice applies to my pop account with Time Warner Cable in the US, your mileage may vary. :-)

You've probably alread assured yourself that your Username, email address and Password are correct.

Make sure the smtp and pop server ports are correct.  Mine are:

POP 110

SMTP 25

Also be sure you don't include smtp username and smtp password because the setup will sometimes include them.

Thanks a mill, that seem to work, just another question if you don't mind, can i get any radio stations from ireland on my tablet i tried world radio app but it does'nt mention ireland, just wondering??

Sorry, can't help you with the radio stuff.

If the station has its own website you should be able to stream their live output, Says "Listen Now" usually. It will stream after the 5 minute standby timeout in most cases
