I have mislaid my password for access to Blackberry World from my Playbook which I need so I can buy an app.
I have my user id and am not locked out; and know my 'secret questions' etc.
When I attempt the standard password reset/recovery process, I am sent an email which includes a link. Clicking the link repeatedly casues Outlook to present the following error message:
|Your request couldn't be completed.|
|This may have occurred for security reasons or because your session timed out.|
My Playbook is out of warranty so i no longer get free support. I understand I can pay for support; but all I am looking for is to reset access to Blackberry World so I can buy something. I don't see why I should have to pay to do that. No other online vendor would make me do that.
Suggestions welcome please.

had already tried most of those with no success, but set up my email on the BB (which I hadn't previously done) and the link then opened. So problem resolved, thank you
