setup problem

I received my play book a few days ago way working briefly then when uploaded it to my notebook, it won't allow me to go past the agreement page on the setup..

Hey tyronne,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

Can you clarify what agreement page you're looking at?  Is this on the the PC or the PlayBook?  If the BlackBerry is not tethered are you able to use the BlackBerry PlayBook?

reply setup problem

Hi

On the playbook , when it starts up goes to the "agreement" page select country.

does not allow me to get past this page and I am unable to use the playbook at all.

my wi-fi is setup and says its connected but still does not allow me to select a country or click " I Agree" .
all the required info that was sent in that link was followed.
