My Carrier: none

turned off my play book and back light stayed on and unit wont charge now.

can anyone help? i turned off the unit like normal and noticed the backlight  of the screen stayed on. i checked it 2 hours later and it was still on so i plugged it in to try and charge it and nothing happens now.

Press and hold the power button and the plus sign button at the same time. Hold until the PB reboots then do a shutdown.
