SINCE UPDATING MY BLACKBERrY BRIDGE ON BOTH MY TORCH 9860 AND MY PLAYBOoK, I CAN NO LONGER UPDATE MY BbM PICTURE THROUGH MY PLAYBOoK (IT STARTS DOWNLOAD BUT NEVER FINISHES) ANY HELP OUT THERE PLEASE

What version of BlackBerry Messenger do you have installed on the BlackBerry smartphone?

What version of BlackBerry Bridge do you have installed?

On my phone I have BBM version 6.2.0.56 and blackberry bridge version 2.1.0.34
