i updated my playbook its cleared all my photos and everythink else urgent help needed to get them back  i never knew back was needed thanks

What was updated, the OS level... do you recall to what version?

 

An update like this should not delete anything from your Playbook, although I have seen a few others mention this.

 

If you can connect your PlayBook to the USB cable as removable memory to your PC, you might be able to run a free PC application called ZAR Zero Assumption Recovery and save the deleted images.

I have the blackberry plugged in the drive it's showing in computer not showinh in zar all other drive are showing
