yeh i tried this but no use.

but now the numbers in the brackets have been changed .. noww it also gives (2011) (2023) (3001) etc.

it is the same error message its giving me. its so annoying even after getting an open wifi network.

I'd suggest that both of you turn off the PlayBook, and start again, on WiFi connection with no password or security.
