i bought two playbooks in toronto. set both up here and sent 1 to india to my family.
i checked that video chat worked perfectly.
but now both cannot connect for video chat.
its gives me this error message : " the person you called is not currently available" but they are connected to wifi. and they are getting the same message when they try to call me.

I am dealing with the same issue, i am residing in South Korea and cannot use the video chat on my playbook device when I videochat with my friend in Waterloo, Ontario Canada. it says " The person is currently not available." and the video icon has been grey beside the peron's name since June 17 sunday. also it set up as "accept calls".

the internet connection is very good for both side in South Korea and in Canada. Even audio is not working at all, the person is compeletly out of the availble list being in grey. And please clrify what is in the Country List you meant by.
