What file format you're trying to play now?

Hi,

 

Not from original caller but I have a similar problem: Video will not play on my Blackberry \curve.

Funny thing is I have a couple of other videos (copied from PC), which do work! The two refered to here were downloaded as mp4 from WIN 7 O/S. My problem now is, similar short clip mp4 from Win.8.....will not play video contents. However,it does play soundtrack.

Video will doenload to mobile, sound will play..pictures will not
