when I connect my PB with Laptop I am getting message "Blackberry Desktop Software cannot communicate with the connected device"

when I connect my PB with Laptop I am getting message "Blackberry Desktop Software cannot communicate with the connected device"

 

What could be the issue. Playbook is visible on Desktop software screen.
