I'm a Vodafone partner who has a customer with at least three of its current group of 15 users connected via BB Express to a server in the US. The solution works fine. I have recently connected a new user with new number.
However, I am unable to connect the user to the server. I have downloaded the Enterprise Activation App as recommended. The device just states "Connecting server" and then fails.
I have tested the device by connecting it to an alternative UK server. This works fine.
I have tried resetting the user profile and password from the US end still no joy.
Have Blackberry changed something that I'm not aware off? As I have never experienced this before. Can't help but associate the problem to the Enterprise App as this is the only thing I'm doing different to the last connection 6 months ago!
Any advice would be much appreciated.

it should work, nothing has changed
if a new device, you can wipe the device and activate it after or use the app
