I lost my BB and set up the same email account in my old blackberry. But only had error messages. And keep asking me to check email address and password correct or not. My email still works on my hosting provider. And I checked with them. everything are correct. I use smartone. They can't help, only ask me to check again the address and password. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If yes did you get another activation email to set it up?

Mine is BES. mail server in Netherlands,my BB bought in there.And I am not in HK . But I cannot found the enterprise activation in my BB.

you have to call you BESAdmin at your company for a new activation
