Accepted Solution

BES Express 5.0.3 MR2

Hi,

I have just updated to 5.0.3 MR2 on a Windows 2008 R2 64 Bit and Exchange 2007.  The server has been working with 5.0.2 for a while and I got the management cosole to come up when I initially set it upand added two users.  Now the Admin console will not come up.  I get page cannot be displayed.  I have gone in and changed the JVM Option 3 back to the x768m setting but still no luck.  Any ideas would be great as I have to add a couple new users right away.

Thanks,

   Andrew

Re: BES Express 5.0.3 MR2

Restarting the BAS and the restarting the server did nothing. Still get that the page cannot be displayed.

Re: BES Express 5.0.3 MR2

Found the solution for this finally.  Windows updates disabled the SQL Server Browser service.  As soon as I started that and restarted the BAS services everything started working again.
