BES Express Free CAL

[ Edited ]

Hi All,

I am looking at BES Express as an option and my project requires approximately 2000 CAL for the first phase and maybe more in the future. My question how many CAL does the BES Express provide? I have read around the forum but some says BlackBerry provide 10000 free CAL with 2000 per server while others says 2000, so which one should I be listening to?

Another thing is that do I also need the same number of CAL for my mail server? We have no plan to give out email to the user if we don't have to.

Btw, what are the 35+ (or is it 75+?) IT policies that are available on the BES Express?

Thanks a lot.

Re: BES Express Free CAL

yes it is 2000 per server and 10000 max on a BlackBerry Domain.

Yes you need Microsoft Server and Exchange CALs to use it as well since it is accessing it indirectly.
