Hi,
I would like some information about messages that BES Express is writing to the Domino log file (log.nsf). Every 10 minutes, I'm getting this message about one user:
03/05/2012 21:56:18 {User Name/Domain} PIM Config: State=1, UserConfigID=1, DisplayName="Name, User"
03/05/2012 21:56:18 {User Name/Domain} Address Book: config, Location="CN=Server/O=Domain!!mail\uname.nsf" SyncType=3 SyncState=1
03/05/2012 21:56:18 {User Name/Domain} Address Book: config, using iNotes database CN=Server/O=Domain!!mail\uname.nsf
03/05/2012 21:56:18 {User Name/Domain} Certificate Summary Data: config, Location="BES\BlackBerryProfiles.nsf" SyncType=2 SyncState=0
03/05/2012 21:56:18 {User Name/Domain} Email Filters: config, Location="BES\BlackBerryProfiles.nsf" SyncType=3 SyncState=1
03/05/2012 21:56:18 {User Name/Domain} Email Settings: config, Location="BES\BlackBerryProfiles.nsf" SyncType=3 SyncState=1
03/05/2012 21:56:18 {User Name/Domain} Memos: config, Location="CN=Server/O=Domain!!Custom\CustomDB.nsf" SyncType=3 SyncState=1
03/05/2012 21:56:18 {User Name/Domain} PIM Folder List: config, Location="" SyncType=1 SyncState=1
03/05/2012 21:56:18 {User Name/Domain} Tasks: config, Location="" SyncType=3 SyncState=1
Does anyone know which process is creating these messages? I have everything set to log level 'Error' except the two Administration Service components, and the Dispatcher which are set to 'Informational'
Also, are these messages informational or are they being logged as an error because SyncState=0 on Certificate Summary Data (I presume this means that it hasn't synced) in which case, how do I troubleshoot this?
Thanks,
Emily

Usually you have to do some maint. try this and see if it helps.
Run Fixup, Updall, and Compact maintenance tasks for IBM Lotus Domino database

Thank you. Unfortunately this hasn't helped. The messages are still appearing exactly as before. Do you know which of the services is creating these messages?
A bit of further information - there are only 2 users currently on our BES Express server and these log messages are only appearing for one of the users.

I am not finding much on your error, have you contacted domino support? It could be on their end.

I am Domino support within my company. There's nothing else in the Domino logs which would indicate to me that there is a problem in the Domino server, and these messages did not appear until I installed BES Express and initialized this user on the server.
I've had issues before with a much earlier installation of BES where it was creating hundreds of messages in the Domino log and never managed to resolve why or even which process was creating them. It seems to be extremely difficult to find any Domino specific BES support information.
Are we actually sure that this is an error? In my original post I asked whether this message was just informational or actually indicative of a problem.
Does SyncState=0 mean that Sync is not working for that particular component? I can't find anything which lists what the SyncState codes actually mean.
If I could just find which of the BB services was generating this log message it might help me to figure out what's going on.
