Hi All,
I have installed an new BES Express 5.0 SP3 sever on a new Windows 2003 Sever R2 connected to Exchange 2003.
We have currently got BPS 4.1 running and as we are changing mobile contracts and getting new Bold 9900 I thought it was a good point to swap to BES express.
The server installed with out any issues and I have connected a Curve 8900 all is well but the emails that are deleted in the mailbox are not deleted on the BB.
Emails opened and deleted on the BB get opened and deleted in the mailbox.
Email Reconciliation settings on the BB are Mailbox & Handheld, wireless on, Mailbox wins.
I have deleted the account from the server and added it again with no luck.

I have also changed the messages state size to 1000 and it cured 99% of our issues.
The performance hit and RAM increase is almost nil on the BES box.
On Device also double check:
Make sure that Wireless Reconcile is set to On. Sometimes toggling that to off, saving it, then turning it back on.
Messages Options - Email reconciliation -
Delete on Mailbox and handheld,
wireless reconcile = Yes
On conflicts = Mailbox wins.
If still not working and you moved a user mailbox.

Hi Thanks for the responce,
Just to let you know this is a new server and this and I only have 1 device connected so I dont think the server is over its quota.
Changed the message state size to 1000, double checked the wireless reconcile.
I have perforned the email reconciliation test and all worked except Test2 email was nor removed from the BB handheld and the resaults are below.
I will have to contact Blackberry tech support.
