Hi Forum,
yesterday I updated our BESX 5.3 to 5.4. Now I have several problems:
- Web console (https) is unreachable
- Web console (http) login doesn't work => certificate!?
- All mailboxes are down
Is there a possibility to roll the update back?

did you install it while logged in as BESAdmin?
start with looking at MAGT log
default location :\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerryEnterprise Server\Logs
Also look in event veiwer to seef if any errors or warnings pertain to your issue

No, I was logged in as a normal domain administrator. But I already restored the server from my last backup. The only reason for this update was that I wanted to use shared folders on our bbs.(I was able to activate it under server and it didn*t apear in the user menu). But now it works and I don*t know why.

you cant install it as a domain admin as the permissions in AD will break BES from working with exchange.
What is the BESAdmin service account?
