I am a part of a small IT team in a small company with less than 30 Blackberry users. We have just installed BESX and have discovered that user's calendar appointments move forward one hour when created/edited on their Blackberry. It is ok the other way around, when adding the appointment from Outlook.
We are running:
Win Server 2008 R2 64bit
I am wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction as I am having trouble locating anyone else with BESX v5.04 with this issue.

Thanks for your reply.
TImezone on the computer running Outlook, on the Blackberry itself, and the BB Server are all the same (Sydney, Melbourne & Canberra - UTC +10). There were no changes to our daylight savings dates this year either for our time zone.
The calendar appointment is ok when I update it using Outlook or OWA, however it moves forward one hour after updating the appointment (such as title, meeting location etc) on the Blackberry.
I installed the timezone updater on a test BB from the link you provided. I verified that it installed correctly and rebooted the device to be sure, however calendar behaviour hasn't changed! I'm not sure what else to try.

are you using CDO or EWS for calendar sync?
I have heard the EWS is a bit better than CDO

The solution in the KB article you sent to me did the trick! Calendar appointments are no longer moving forward an hour when edited/accepted on the BB device.
Thanks for all suggestions and help.
