BlackBerry Synchronization Service Error

Here is what's in my Event log:

 

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: BlackBerry Synchronization Service
Event Category: None
Event ID: 26007
Date:  5/22/2009
Time:  12:51:14 PM
User:  N/A
Computer: NTSSERVER
Description:
[SYNC-Gate] Failed to open registry to get GMEReferenceID.

 

 

I have read KB11196 and created a new service account but the error isn't resolved. This KB also says that this should also be in there:

 

Event Type: Error
Event Source: BlackBerry Synchronization Service
Event Category: None
Event ID: 10000
Description: [DIAG] EVENT=Error_opening_debuglog, ERROR=2, EVENTMSG="Error opening C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Logs\\<DATE>\<SERVER_NAME>_SYNC_01_20061121_0001.txt"

where <DATE> is the date the error occurred and <SERVER_NAME> is the name of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.

 

This second error message is not in my event log. Here's what's in my sync log:

 

{0x1E78} [SYNC-Gate] Failed to open registry to get GMEReferenceID.
