Blackberry Alert or SMS when Outlook goes down?

Does anyone know if there is a way to get an alert or SMS when MS Outlook server is down? Any links or information on this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I use siteuptime.com to check for SSL connection.

 

I have used IPSentry to send and receive an email from a mail box and send a text if one is not reveived.

It needs to be on a different server/location to really work but might be a starting point for you to try.
