We have upgraded to the Bold 9900 and are now trying to switch the device. We're using BES Express administration service (have been since 2010) to set up an activation code.
However, when we navigate through the Bold - Options/Device/Advanced System Settings/??....the Enterprise Activation page is completely missing!!!
We were previously using BES Express to receive emails from the exchange without any problems.
Please can anyone help?
