I have two BB Torch 9800 on BES 4.1.4. with SBS and Exchange 2003. I have two employees with MS Outlook 2010. They are having problems syncing their calendars on the computer with their phones and vice versa. Right now they have to enter the information on both.
I have tries re-activation on the phones and it worked once, but not a second time. I have had the employees check for updates to the phones and both said that there were not any. At this point I really do not know what else to check.
Any ideas?

Then see if from outlook to device works at all.

I noticed that the directions you sent said that the device software should be 4.5 to 5.0. I checked the the version on the device and it said 6.0.
I tried Method 2 "Reset the Calendar on the BlackBerry smartphone" for the BES but it did not work. All it did was remove all the items from the phone that were there.
Any other suggestions?

is BPS installed on the mail server?
is the BESAdmin account a nomal user?
do you have public folders enabled?
any info in the SYNC logs?
default location :\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerryEnterprise Server\Logs
Also look in event veiwer to seef if any errors or warnings pertain to your issue
