We recently virtualized our existing BPS 4.1.1. After virtualizing (using Hyper-V physical to virtual wizard) our existing BPS installed on a Windows Server 2003 Standard SP 2, our devices stopped receiving e-mails. We have an Exchange 2007 Standard on a separate box. Is there a known issue with maybe a the SRP ID after a change in NIC or processor?

there is no SRP hardware ID.
Did you allow for the port 3101 outbound in your firewall of did you use the same IP?
