Blackberry Professional and GAL?

Hello. I just recently deployed the Blackberry Professional Software. All of our Synching appears to be working fine but I have a two part question in regards to the GAL and the Blackberry Devices.

 

If user-A (that is already in the GAL) calls user-B's blackberry, will user-A's info info show up on the incoming call (provided user-A's info is in the GAL)?

 

If so, can I just create contacts in the GAL for users that don't have mailboxes created in Exchange? Will the info from the contact show the persons name when calling another individuals blackberry?

No.  The user needs to be in user-B's Contacts list.
