Is there anyway that you can have the needed CDO for Exchange 2007 installed on the same server as Outlook 2003? I have a terminal server that users need Outlook to run but its the only server I can plop the bps program. I'm reading that you have to install the CDO thing so it will communicate to Exchange 2007 (on a SBS2008 box). When I try to install it, I get the message that it won't run on the same box as Outlook. Anyone know a work around or whether I even need it?
Thanks.

Never messed with term server, but if you are getting errors with CDO 1.2.1 then you may have to install BPS on it own box or VM.

Yeah, I just want to know if anyone knows how to get around it. I don't have other options.

I thought I'd update this question with my own answer. I thought what the heck just give it a shot and see what happens.
It works fine. I setup the besadmin acct with bps. Left Outlook on the server and didn't install the cdo update. Everything works fine. Inbox, calendar and contacts all synch both ways.
