Using Blackberry Profecional Software v 4.1.4.3 and Exchange SBS SP2 updated. 7 Blackberry users. Some users get email notification that they can click accept new calander event and event shows on calander, others just get notified by email message  (no notice to accept) on phone and NO Calander Event added to calander.

CDO should be high enough on BES.

Are any users that you send to request to hidden in the GAL?

Does it work in OWA if you send and accept?

If you accept Calander Request in OWA it doe's go to phone. But need to be mobile.

They were all purchased together and have BlackBerry Version 4.5.0.77

One user recieving Calander events now found Wireless Sync OFF on Desktop Calander but when create event on HH no Outlook update.

So did turning on wireless Sync fix that persons issue?

That HH is recieving Calander events but not able to send a scheduled event to Outlook. One way communication with calander.
