Calendar Wireless Synchronization="No", without "Yes" option on BB 9000

We're using BES Express to sync to Exchange on SBS2003 server.

The email is syncing well to my BB9000, but neither contacts nor calendars are synching.

When I go into Calendar Options, Device default calendar, Wireless Syncronisation, this is set to "No" and there are no other options to change it to yes. Help!

In BES Express (BlackBerry Administration Service 5.0.2.29)

In the default Policy - PIM Synchronization - Disable All Wireless Synchronization - set to No. (even though the default should be No anyway)

In the User - he is in group "BlackBerry Web Desktop Manager users". This group has a policy of "Default". The group has no child groups. This group also has no Roles.

The "Default" policy has only one rule - the PIM Synchronisation section - the "Disable All Wireless Synchronization" is set to No. Even though this is the default setting, I set this to try to force the setting across.

The Device linked to the user is a BlackBerry device model: 9000. Under 'Capabilities' - the Synchronization capabilities - Wireless PIM data synchronization: Yes

So as

The only other possible complication is that this organisation uses two email domain names - lets call them @primaindomain.com.au and @otherdomain.com.au

In the The exchange console we set the primary smtp address for this gut to be name@otherdomain.com.au but I am worried that the calendar is still thought of as name@primarycomain.com.au.

Please use plain text.
