I'm newbie to Blackberry and I'm having great deal of difficulty setting this up.
I have installed Express and everything appears ok when using the tests.
I have created a User and then attempted to send message to this user, each time I do this I get error "The request could not be completed" on the Blackberry Admin Service. I have tried to generate new email requests and also attempted a enterprise activation no of which work.
Any advise would help.

are there any errors in the BAS BES logs?
default location :\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerryEnterprise Server\Logs

search for error or fail is a good start

I have the same problem on the BB Admin Service Console. I created a user and tried sending a meesage to the the user and it says "The request could not be completed." I skimmed through the logs and indeed packs a lot of information. It's really hard to look for errors on the logs especially if you do not know what exact error.
