Cannot add new user from AD

I cannot add new user to my BESX 5 after instalation.

 

The error message is "The BlackBerry Administration Service cannot find the records you were looking for. Verify the search criteria you specified and try again. "

 

I have modify the MAPI settings to use besadmin mailbox but the issue remains. it was previously using a domain account mailbox.

 

Have tried refreshing the directory but the problem remains.

what else can I do ?

tried all 3 options.
not much help.
so far, I can only add one domain admin account as administrators.
when I add my own account using create user, I hit the error message.

finally able to add new user.
after i restarted the SQL services.
