Canot log into BESX - new 5.0.3 install

Env- Windows 2008 R2 SP1 with all latest OS updates Fresh install of SQL Server 2008 R2 w SP. Fresh install of BESX 5.0.3 then updated to MR 2 bundle 21. I cannot log into the admin server with BAS account "admin" and the password. I have tried to reset the BAS password with the help of: http://www.blackberryforums.com.au/forums/general-bes-discussion/8687-unable-login-3.html Which is basically the SQL script fix. WTFBBQ? I also cannot log in with the AD account. The password for that account does have a "-" in it - is that an illiegal char? I also went in and made sure the "do not require Kerberos pre-auth" was checked.

In the logs for the AD, the error I get is " performPagedLDAPSearch problem performing LDAP operation: url=" to my AD controller.

I wound up uninstalling and then re-installing, and in the setup, only chose BAS login with a password and it works fine.
