BlackBerry® Professional Software and BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Express

We installed Blackberry Professional Server and are synching it successfully with the exception of the Contacts list.  In the BPS software is says Contacts synchronizing is true but device is disabled.  In the Blackberry Storm if you go in the options for the contacts is says wireless synchronization is not available and is greyed out.  Any suggestions.  I have called Blackberry and Verizon.  Verizon says it is on Blackberry's end.

Any suggesttions out there??

The link takes you to V4.0,   You need at least 4.1.x as per KB article.
